
We have two plans to achieve the goals of job aspirants which are long-term and Short-term plan which are explained in detail below
Short Term Plan
As per client request we provide the training on different technologies for a period of 2-3 months
Long Term Plan
Phase 1.1
Assessment of each student on their interests and abilities. Students are trained on Programming languages and RDBMS.
- This phase concentrates how to build the logic and on the coding standards.
- Rigorous assessments will be taken during the training period to understand how the training phase is going
Phase 1.2
- Based on the final assessment result every student will be taken into the next level orientation.
- This orientation will be on other suitable technologies as per the current market trends and best fit to the students.
- Once students pick the technology, we will train them on those technologies.
- Students will start working on the live projects, which consists of development, testing, project management etc.
- Students will work on different roles and will be able to perform the same when they are placed.
- Students will face and feel the on –floor experience.
Phase 2
- In addition to making themselves industry-ready, students can work on real-time new projects. In every way, our actual experts will instruct them to assure that almost everyone practices according to industry norms.
- We make the students eligible for the real business market and they can develop and test code themselves and maintain. Thereby after undergoing post-training evaluations, we will notice their achievements and skills and according to their capability criteria, we will deliver their details to the hiring managers so that they can take your interview and if passed then can hire you in their enterprise.
- After the successful finishing of phase-1 and phase-2, the students will be transferred into Phase-3 which will also be partitioned into three sub pieces.
- In this phase, CRT will commence and mock interviews will be undertaken.
- We will discover the downside throughout this time and instruct learners to resolve the missing areas.
Phase 3
- We’ll carry out and prepare the students for the comprehensive development tests, presentation talent tips, and speaking tips at the time for the interview procedure.
- We assess the history of the trainee students to grasp where the resources or students are insufficient in the skills.
- To maximize capabilities and identify deficiencies in every student, we’ll execute mock interviews, soft-skill development sessions, campus-driven training sessions, etc. with true professionals.
